Gratitude may sounds a simple word but the powerful emotional feelings wanting to give your thanks to somebody for being grateful has hidden scientific and spiritual truths.It’s a feeling of thankfulness and joy we feel in response to something we have received in life as a person, job, money, health and family or from some one in personal as for gifts, help, favours or words of appreciations. The power of gratitude gives you innate happiness and feeling of well being. - Be grateful to god or nature, the moment you get up, simply by saying thank you or reciting a small prayer.
