Thoughts are natural part of ones life. They are with you all the time of day and night such as what to make for meals, picking up kids from the classes, birthdays, politics, traffic jam, doctor’s appointment pollution and so on… The thoughts are in background even you may be aware of them. They keep streaming in one another unbidden or unwanted. It’s a never ending game. These thoughts clutter your mind. We have to get rid of them. Most of the thoughts are useless and they bring negativity in one’s mind and we start to think negative.
Thinking is necessary for solving problems, analyzing, making decisions but mind starts roaming like wild monkey. Fetching negativity causes to miss valuable experience and moments of joy. The more we ponder the more despondent we become. Thoughts makes us restless, empty and frustrated as most of time we look into future endeavors and past memories.
We struggle with our thoughts and we get trapped in loops of thoughts as we are unable to free from it easily. It’s never ending bombardment playing in the mind. Our thoughts are responsible for distress too. It is difficult to stop our mind from thinking. We can’t power off the brain. Sometimes too much food, alcohol, drugs and work elicitate this cycle. Loss of time and unfocused thoughts attract negativity. Loss of energy, feeling of tiredness, feeling of frustration and irritability is all the time there in life. It can lead to depression, anxiety and stress also. When you are distracted more, feet becomes numb or sweaty. There may be use of drugs or alcohol to overcome the feeling. You may get complains from family and friends but most important is to stay calm and at peace.

FOCUSSED DEEP BREATHING
Breathing is very effective and is very important. It should be deep. Correct posture of body is very important always sit straight. One should move neck and arm regularly. Pay attention to breathing pattern. When you inhale abdominal muscle should be gently pushed outwards and while exhaling abdominal muscle should return to normal position. Slow deep and rhythmic breathing helps in detaching from negative thoughts and controlling over mind.
MEDITATION
It is simply to strengthen control over mind. Its goal is to redirect mind back to present moment. Sit in calm space with dim light and close the door completely. Don’t let anybody enter the room. Keep your mobile away. Chose suitable time and specific time for meditation. Choose comfortable position but don’t recline your back. Keep your spine erect and hands crossed on the lap. Become aware of your breadth.
REFRAME ALL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
People are more victimized by negative thoughts than through actions. Most of thoughts never turns into reality. We have to build reframing habits.
Watch your thoughts. Observe what is going on in mind. Do not get attached to negative thoughts dis empowered those thoughts.
Learn to say no. Stop the loop whenever you encounter the negative thoughts. Simply say no and cut the loop.

BREAK THE WORRY HABIT
To break the worry habit some amount of distraction is needed and it is also required to limit the time you spend alone. Occupy yourself. Set a timer. Access yourself. write down your feelings on paper. Train your brain and fix time for worrying and gradually decrease the time.
