SELF LOVE
Self love is an intricate journey. It is to prioritize one’s own well being over others to find a connection with our inner world. We widen our self within as a result we begin to see ourselves in other people because of self expanding we become selfless.
Do I love myself unconditionally? What do I need? What do I desire? How much do I accept myself? What I am at this moment? How much do I give myself? How much do I valve myself? How much do I take care of myself?
Sit and find the answers to these questions. Ask yourselves and begin your journey to self love. We should take small steps to love ourselves. We should make it as a habit. Always love ourselves. Just give what you need for yourself. Self love phase is step on the path of wholeness. Self love is important as we wake up to our own true nature and care for our planet and life on it. It is looking deep into our own psyche and make connection in community. We can love ourselves by loving the planet earth as we are all connected and we will receive love in return.
Self love is essential for humanity. It is nurturing our self. Listening to own inner self counseling and maintaining a meaningful relationship. With self love we can nurture and inspire ourselves to become safe creative happy and clean living. There should be no secrets and blame game and manipulations within ourselves. The deeper we love our true self the more sincere and joyful our love for others will become. It is permanent state of inner forgiveness. There should not world of judgment expectation and evaluation competition and comparison aggression and domination. To express love into the world a light energy and wave of compassion is needed. Compassion brings the love of inner child. It ignites experience of love. The healing force that is needed for humanity. Love is like current and when we are connected we transmit the energy automatically. Self love is plugging yourself into flow.
Self love makes your own soul work sustainable. It allows us to fill up our bowls to be able to continue giving to ourselves others and the whole planet. It creates the language of music and inner sources of abundance that need time spare stillness and silence to be replenished.
If we love ourselves completely which means our pains sadness anger loneliness and frustration. We can’t love anyone else completely, if we love others completely then only we will create peace in the hearts of every living being. In the process of self love we wipe out jealousy hatred fear and depression. Loving our self means accepting our perceived flaws and loving ourselves. It means forgiving ourselves. Increase the positive and eliminate negative. Don’t mess in between these two. Without real self love one is left with condition only towards oneself. If I approve myself only then I’ll love myself. I am smart, intelligent good looking. I love myself.
Self love gives us confidence. It is important for humanity. When there is love only then we are able to heal entire world. Everybody deserves to be loved.
Every time when you are in depression or anxious put a hand on heart and say I love myself. Choose things that love for yourself Send blessing of love to each cell of the body. Self love means recognizing and being aware of our needs and taking appropriate actions to meet. Once we do we don’t need approval of others to feel good about ourselves. Self love is constant learning process. It is important relationship with yourself and it is important to have good relationship with yourself.
It is about embracing all the instruments given by god to us means our skills talents and bounties from the universe to make our loves special and unique and make it more musical than ever. These things make challenges of life simple and we solve the equation of life easily. We should often hug ourselves kiss ourselves give special gifts. First thing we should do when we wake up in morning is to embrace our self. If you feel like crying then cry and give yourself a tight hug.
Five step program to adopt
**Start being more aware…**become more aware of the feelings in your body. When you are feeling peaceful centered focused and happy then look inwards and be in the process of self love. Opposite of it when you are unhappy and depressed then try to notice what is going on around you and try to find happiness and love yourself.
**Stop doing the opposite of self love...**Pause breathe walk dance read hug a tree and break the habit of negative thinking. Break the habits and block your ability to stay present. Distract your mind adopt a habit.
**Embrace what you need right now…**Shift your attitude. Be humble, be ready to change. Talk to your friends and spend more time with nature. Take care of your physical and emotional health. Get clear and act on it. Find innovative way to how to get all your needs.
Being human errors are normal… So stop craving for perfection and stop setting high goals. Know your limits and work accordingly. Don’t pressurize yourself. Be in reality, learn from your mistakes and move on your own way. Forgive yourself.
**Do something differently…**Stop wasting your precious time. Don’t blame yourself, Set healthy limits, learn to say no.!! choose your company support happiness and success.
