Mind is an instrument if used in right manner..!! and if used wrongly it can be destructive..!! We generally don’t use our mind, it uses us..!! Thinking becomes a disease, when thinking goes out of balance..!!

Cell multiplies and divides in our body in normal pattern but when ignition is wrong cell proliferates in the manner that we have disease. Sometimes we imagine things going wrong and negative outcomes are there. Sometimes there is sound track going on in background and it is accompanied by visual image or mental movies, Even if the voice is relevant to situation will only interpret in terms of past. This is because voice belongs to our conditioned mind. The moment you start watching the thinker, a higher level of consciousness become activated, you then begin to realize that there is vast realm of intelligence. Then in long run you also realize that all things that truly matters is beauty, love, joy, creativity and inner peace, all arises from beyond the mind begin to awaken you.

The good news is that you can free yourself from your mind. This is the only true liberation. You can take first step right now; start listening to the voice in your head as often as you can. Pay particular attention to any repetitive thoughts patterns. Listen to the voice in your head as a witness. As you listen to the thoughts you feel conscious presence in your deeper self. The thought then loses its power over you and it quickly subsides. You are no longer gazing the mind. This is beginning of end of involuntary and compulsive thinking.

There are two levels to your pain, ‘the pain that you create now’ and ‘the pain from the past’ that lives on in your mind and body ceasing to create pain in the present and dissolving past pain.

Past pain As long as you are unable to access the power of now every emotional pain that you experience leaves behind a residue of pain that lives in you. It merges with the pain from the past which was already there and become lodged in your mind and body. It includes the pain you suffered as a child caused by the unconscious of world into which you were born. The accumulated pain is a negative energy field that occupies your body and mind. Some people live almost entirely through their pain, while others may experience it only in certain situation such as intimate relationship or situation linked with past or emotional hurt. Anything can trigger it especially a pain pattern from your past. Some pain are obnoxious harmless some are vicious and destructive monster. Some are physical violent. Some will attack people around us while others may attack themselves.

Live in now- Your life is real and it is in now. Your true life is in present moment. Your family, finances marriage, children, friends. We generally keep our mind occupied in present situation. We make ourselves difficult in distinguishes between present situation and thoughts.

**Complaining is non acceptance..**To complain for things is not accepting them. When you criticize and complain about things we become away from reality and negative thoughts overpower the present situation. The result is we become unhappy stressed and less productive.

**Dealing with negative situation..**If you are unhappy about the situation. There are three things you can do detach from the situation, change it. If you can’t do these two then last and final resort is to accept it. You should not complain about the situation not even moan about it and no feeling bad about it. Just walk away from it and if you can’t change it accept the situation.

**Free from thoughts..**When you are in present situation you are free from thoughts. You are alert there is no noise only music and harmony. If you are not in present situation you become still. You are force to think. Most people can’t listen about their inner voice as they can’t hear because they are continuously thinking. For them thinking has become a disease. If we learn to escape from negative situation we start living in present. We start becoming happy and lively.

**Good relations..**When there are problems, anxiety, conflicts and stress best thing is that you should have good bonding between families and peers. Don’t let mind rule your body instead govern your mind and take control over your life. Listen to your inner self. Nurture your relations.

**Death is an event..**Death is inevitable. You can’t avoid it. It is end of illusion. It is like changing your old clothes and wearing new one. It is a part of life and easier than living. It is natural process and it is going back to own light.

**Accept Your family..**Don’t try to change anybody around yourself. Instead of this try changing yourself or accept them. Look into their positive aspects rather than negativities.

**Find Happiness within..**Happiness is not through external source it’s from within. Find happiness in small deeds and small things around. You should be comfortable with yourself and you should enjoy your company before someone else enjoys your company.

**Forgive..**Forgive others not because they deserve forgive others because you deserve inner peace. In doing so your relations will flourish more and you will have mental peace. Try to let go the hurt and try not to give unconscious reaction and take time and forgive the person.

**Suffering exist in past..**Without time no negativity and suffering will survive. If you live in present moment you won’t encounter any suffering and negativity. Time heals everything. If you remain in past you won’t be able to live freely, so living in present is the answer to many problems.
